We believe offering the best service means acquiring and retaining the most knowledgeable staff. Two of our staff are Brokers which means they have attained a higher level of education (240 hours each), and proven themselves as capable of managing an office and overseeing other REALTORS. All of our agents are required to complete 40 hours of continuing education, each year. Additionally, all new agents receive 12 hours of an intensive in-house training course. This course focuses study on comparative market analysis, property listing and advertising, closings, and personalized customer service.
